Dr. Stark is a former Los Alamos National Laboratory researcher and manager who has also been in the leadership of family firms Plastic Components and Arlington Industries. Dr. Stark serves on the boards of the Santa Fe Opera, Los Alamos National Bank, and the International Dominican Foundation and was an early supporter of Open Courseware at MIT, where he received BS, MS, and SciD degrees in Electrical Science and Engineering.
