Supervisor, Education Program
Carla Shedivy works for the Santa Fe Institute supporting their education programming and a variety of activities. She came to SFI shortly after moving to Santa Fe, which she fell in love with during a motorcycle trip through the Southwest. She has a marketing degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She previously worked as Projects and Office Manager for the Wisconsin Association of Family and Children’s Agencies, supporting the work of member agencies to improve the lives of children and families. This included managing trainings for agency staff and coordinating executive meetings held throughout the year, as well as marketing activities.
Carla's interests include photography, songwriting, travel and the outdoors. She is happy to bring her talents to SFI to support their mission. New to New Mexico, she finds herself enchanted by its interesting history, rich culture, fascinating art, and inspiring natural beauty.
