Tim's Homepage

I graduated with a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Montana State University(MSU) in Bozeman, MT in 1995. My Ph.D. thesis title is "Sinc-Collocation Methods for Burgers' Equation." You can look through my research interests on my MSU homepage , but quite frankly, I haven't done any math since graduating. I came to SFI in November 1995 as a Computer Systems Manager. In November 1998, I was promoted to Director of Computing. Basically the same job with a fancy title.. :-)

In January of 2000 I left the Santa Fe Institute and moved to Washington to take a position at PNNL working mainly at the EMSL facilty

In my spare time, I enjoy fly fishing, camping, surfing around the 'net, and following the career of Prince
