- I have three kids: Mallory (3), Aaron (6) and
Jared (7). They all study Kiddie Economics
in my house, and are all recipients of the famous Durlauf
Fellowships. However, I am not their major professor. As
Mallory points out forcefully: when compared with their
mom, I am way too stupid to understand
their research. I am already very grateful that they
allow me to stay on their thesis committees. I really have
no clue when they will graduate. It seems they are
taking their time...
- Not all students share Mallory's view though.
