Electronic Books through "Patron Driven Acquisition"

Welcome to the Santa Fe Institute Library's electronic books.  The  ebrary catalog you will reach after this page allows you to purchase electronic books which will then become part of the Library's collection.

When you reach an electronic title of interest you may browse the table of contents and index for free.  A trigger to purchase is activated when you spend 10 minutes reading or read 10 pages or copy and paste from the text. 

Please be aware of these triggers so that the Library is not charged for electronic books which do not seriously interest you.
