I recently obtained my PhD in Robotics and have Masters in Aerospace Engineering and Computer Science from Stanford University. I was a member of the research staff at the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (now PARC Inc.) for three years, working on the Modular Robotics project there. I am currently doing postdoctoral research in Immunology at the Stanford School of Medicine, applying complex multi-agent control techniques used in distributed robotics to model the immune network, in particular its response to cancer. I come from Spain, and have lived in several countries, having spent the past 10 years in the US.
