Stephen Prajna received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia, and the M.S. degree in applied mathematics from the University of Twente, The Netherlands, in 1998 and 2000, respectively. Currently he is pursuing the Ph.D. degree in control and dynamical systems at the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA. His research interests include decentralized control and control of complex systems.
