Since the beginning of my scientific activity, I have been interested in the interdisciplinary approach in science. After I had been accepted at the Ecole Normale Supérieure as a mathematician, I studied both mathematics and the cognitive sciences and finally, I began research for a thesis on the study of social networks and social interactions, with the tools of mathematical modelling and particularly, evolutionary game theory. Recently, I worked on a model with the purpose of understanding the process of collective discovery. My project is to examine the ways in which the individual research processes and the structure of the social interactions influence the process of collective discovery.
