I was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia, 21.07.1977. I graduated from Physics-Mathematics Lyceum _239 in Saint Petersburg in 1994 and graduated from Saint Petersburg State University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Operations Research in Economics, in June 2000. At the moment I'm a Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Economics, Saint Petersburg State University. The subject of my Ph.D. thesis is "Mathematical Models in Regional Waste Management". I've specialized in the field of environmental/ecological economics since 1997. I'm a member of the International Society for Ecological Economics (ISEE) and perform the duties of the Executive Director of the Russian Chapter of the ISEE.
