In1997 graduated from the Baku State University, Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics Department. Working on Geoinformational issues. Strengths lie in data processing, analyzing. Has experience in working on ArcView software (Esri Product) based on GIS (Geographical Information Systems) for designing interface and mapping industrial, residential areas of Sumgait city so as to provide a clear lay out of urban districts and achieved its application in environmental issues concerning the Nature, Social life, Industry and Public Health.
