Olga Kirillova

At the time being I am a PhD student Department of Theoretical Physics of St-Petersburg State University. Main my research interests concern a structure in complex systems and structure formation (emergence, evolution) processes. It can be as interaction structures like in biological, social and other systems as morphogenesis process. Random networks/graphs, cellular automates, Boolean networks and now small-world networks are most appropriate models for such investigation. I am interested in computer modeling and simulation in dynamics of disordered systems, critical phenomena and selforganized criticality, statistical analysis and massive calculations. In connection with one I am interested in different programming techniques. My recent interest is computational biophysics, DNA and proteins structure investigation, reverse engineering problem.
