Nataly Radchikova

n_radchikova picture I was born on the 1st of April, 1967, in Minsk. In 1989 I graduated from Belarusan State University in Minsk, Belarus, mathematical department, and since that time worked in the Institute of Engineering Cybernetics, Belarus Adademy of Sciences. My main research interests were in the field of control systems, and particularly in the investigation of systems' stability. In 1966 I completed a Ph.D. in Information Technologies, and in 1999 I received a M.Sc. degree in cognitive science (New Bulgarian University, Sofia, Bulgaria). Cognitive science changed my specialty and I started to work in the field of semantic memory models. Most of all I am interested in categorization - the process of categories' formation and recognition. In 1999 I also changed the working place and started to teach in Belarusan State Pedagogical University in Minsk, in experimental psychology and mathematical statistics.
