I was born in Madrid on a sunny May Day. 23 years later, Universidad Complutense handed me my undergraduate degree. After a short stint in the private sector, I said goodbye not only to consulting but also to Madrid and returned to academia for a Master’s degree at Oxford University. At present, I am a PhD candidate at Harvard University. I am working on modeling intragenomic conflicts, particularly some aspects of the conflict hypothesis for genomic imprinting.
