US Department of Justice Vs. Microsoft

 

The OJ Simpson case of the business world. And the case that will write the rules for competition in high tech well into the next century. I'm fascinated by it, but not directly involved.

Here are some comments of mine. The case has moved on since the first two were written. But the material still seems fresh enough to post here.

The third is an interview by Dominic Gates (no relation, he says--although from some of the questions one might wonder) in the online magazine Pretext.
