Financial Reports

The Institute's Board of Trustees has ultimate fiduciary responsibility for the Institute. Financial activities are overseen by the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees, which meets at least quarterly. An audited financial report is prepared annually and issued no later than May 31st for the preceding year. The Institute’s IRS Form 990 (Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax) is also prepared annually and filed no later than November 15th for the preceding year.
